Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the Hon. Minister of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs(FMIA)of Nigeria has announced and mandated that before any tender application will be process in the(FMIA)Board for the ongoing contract to supply your goods that the company must pay for the "Tender Acceptance and Registration Processing Bidding fee of $750.00"(Seven Hundred and Fifty US Dollars) only. This has been announced at the radio Cameroon several times in Abuja and Lagos concerning all tender.
Failure to do this will cause unnecessary delay and cancellation of your letter of intent tender submitted to this office by your agent and the contract will be awarded to any other firm that is willing and able to comply as it is the federal government of Nigeria procedures.
You are adviced to make the payment immediately without further delay through the Western Union Money Transfer OR through the MoneyGram transfer in the name of the (FMIA) clerk name and address as follows thus:-

As soon as the payment is effected, you are adviced to forward your payment information to this office for confirmation and a receipt of payment will be issue to your company and other documents for the contract will also be forwarded to your company by DHL courier service and immediate processing of your file will be carried on without further delay.
If really you want to execute this contract supply to the(FMIA) Board you have to comply to the simple directives given to you without further delay. As regards to the payment of Tender Acceptance and Processing Bidding fee of $750.00, we want to let you know that without receiving it from you there is no how we can start processing your file with us. Based on this, you have to make sure that you make the payment to this office today or tomorrow unfallingly to enable us proceed in processing your tender file towards awarding this contract in favour of your firm.
Finally, we will like to know when your company will be able to ship the goods upon the receipt of your contract payment by telegraphic transfer(T/T) 100% as soon as the contract is being awarded to your company. We have received from your agent here in Cameroon your company letter of intent to supply your company products as stated in the APPROVED PURCHASE ORDER we have sent to your company last time and did not see your tender required documents with product samples of your products for assessment and approvals and requested that your company should send your tender bidding fees which will enable us proceed in processing your file towards awarding this contract to your firm.
